　　公开资料显示，周亮生于1971年10月，湖南永州人，曾任中央纪委副秘书长，中央纪委组织部常务副部长、部长(副部长级)，中国银行保险监督管理委员会副主席、党委委员，中国金融工会全国委员会党组书记、兼职副主席等职。
