　　公开资料显示，黎晓宏生于1953年3月，籍贯湖北，1969年参加工作。他曾任北京市政府党组成员、秘书长，北京市政府办公厅党组书记、主任，北京市政协副主席，中国证券监督管理委员会纪委书记、党委委员等职。

　　2013年，黎晓宏任中央巡视工作领导小组办公室主任。该办公室是中央巡视工作领导小组的日常办事机构，设在中央纪律检查委员会。(完)
